We start where other cleaners leave. Our basic service is comparable to what you get from other cleaners, spray a cleaning agent, steam clean and leave. The way we see it, not everyone wants the same level of service. That's why we have broken up our pricing to reflect what level of service you want. While all carpets that we clean will exceed your expectations, not everyone needs a deep cleaning. We won’t charge you more if it doesn't require the same effort to service your needs. If you only need a quick dust removal and don't have any heavy soiling, you get a deal. If you have very dirty carpets, you should choose the supreme or premium service so that we have extra time to make sure we can do the job right.
 

It is important to remember that our charges are different then other cleaners. In a good way. We know that everyone wants a different level of service, so we break up the pricing based on what you think that you need. We offer three packages: Supreme, Premium, and Basic. We don’t think you should pay the same amount if you just want a quick cleaning that is comparable to other cleaners. If you want a little extra time for us to get really deep into the details, use the best cleaning agents and a whole bunch of other extras, then choose the premium package. If you expect the very best, want your carpet to be fluffy again, and so much more, then choose the supreme package. It’s up to you to evaluate your carpets and choose the package best for you. If you order the basic package, the only difference between our service and other cleaners is that you will not qualify for the reclean / refund guarantee at the basic level.
